1. Enrollment Policy

   • Enrollment is open to all aspiring music students upon acceptance by the academy.
   • Fees must be paid on or before the due date to maintain active enrollment status.

2. Attendance Policy

   • Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. However, the fee structure remains unchanged regardless of:
     • Non-attendance,
     • Attendance of only one or two sessions,
     • Full attendance of all scheduled sessions within a month or quarter.

3. Fee Payment and Refund Policy

   • Tuition fees are mandatory and non-refundable under any circumstances.
   • Fees must be paid promptly to ensure uninterrupted access to classes and academy resources.

4. Group Access Policy

   • Access to exclusive resources, including the academy’s Facebook group, is reserved for paid and actively enrolled students.
   • Group membership will be discontinued automatically if fees are not paid by the due date.
